Amazing , staff are so helpful and so friendly, we have used Quay 8 on numerous occasions and already booked again for next year .

My stay was superb, the manager and staff were excellent and dealt professionally.

Très bien meublé, cosy, belle décoration et nécessaires de cuisine de base (micro-onde, frigo, thé, café)

pas de double vitrage aux fenêtres : on entend tous les bruits de la rue, ce qui est gênant pour dormir

God damn alarm going off at 8am on Sunday morning Same thing last year but it was on Friday evening but 8am on. Sunday morning is not acceptable. It was going off for over 45 mins.

The staff are lovely to deal with and so helpful. Quay 8 is very central and the rooms are spotless . we always enjoy our stay here

It was central to the Diamond which is handy to the bars and restaurants in nearby streets.

The property was fine but the windows could do with been modernised and double glazed for a bit of sound proofing as the noise from the street was unreal into the small hours of the morning, I know it's not the fault of the property.

Quay is brilliant place to stay , beautiful rooms& quay 8 was decorated well for. Halloween, I would highly recommend quay 8 & hope to stay again before Christmas 😊

Close to everything and large room

Tv is at a difficult angle to watch from the bed and gave my husband a sore neck /head trying to do so

Proximity to work and car park. Clean and all basic needs catered for. Lovely welcome in reception with the info, chairs and reading material

Windows need to be double glazed. The traffic sound in the room was noisy as even though windows were closed it felt like they were open.

Farrah went above & beyond, she traveled in to me on arrival helped all my cases in — guildane on car park locations moved my accommodation around- Staff is incredible so kind friendly helpful, bought me bananas! Rooms are spotless location is beside everything great value

The location was excellent and suited my needs perfectly. The room was well equipped for self catering and ideally located for exploring and eating out in Derry. The check in arrangements were easy to follow.. thank you.
