The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The Fridge and Microwave was a great bonus for me. I saved so much money by buying prer-cooked meals in Marks & Spencers and heating them in the microwave. Location was great and so near to Bus Statrion. Good value Receptionist (I think her name was Farah) was so good, polite,efficient and helpful. I was having a slight problem with my WiFi and she came to my assistance. Am looking forward to staying there again

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Location was very good for the things we wanted to do. Easy check-in and check-out. Appreciated that we were allowed to store our luggage for a while to allow us one last walk around town. Did not use the wi-fi so cannot rate that properly.

Smaller space than expected but tolerable for a night. Street noise was distracting well into the night but probably to be expected due to the central location.

Excellent place; I've stayed here multiple times, and it's my go-to for visits to Derry. The housekeeper Charlotte is always lovely and helpful in accommodating check-in/check-out requests. Thank you!

Its location was great. It was clean and had everything you need especially the provision of a large fan in our room as it was very hot day.

No lift and with our room being on the top floor carrying suitcase up and down was difficult.

Amazing , staff are so helpful and so friendly, we have used Quay 8 on numerous occasions and already booked again for next year .

My stay was superb, the manager and staff were excellent and dealt professionally.

Très bien meublé, cosy, belle décoration et nécessaires de cuisine de base (micro-onde, frigo, thé, café)

God damn alarm going off at 8am on Sunday morning Same thing last year but it was on Friday evening but 8am on. Sunday morning is not acceptable. It was going off for over 45 mins.

The staff are lovely to deal with and so helpful. Quay 8 is very central and the rooms are spotless . we always enjoy our stay here

It was central to the Diamond which is handy to the bars and restaurants in nearby streets.

The property was fine but the windows could do with been modernised and double glazed for a bit of sound proofing as the noise from the street was unreal into the small hours of the morning, I know it's not the fault of the property.
