Location, Look all the onboarding worked excellent and particularly liked the bowl of sweets
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Not so much a complaint but as you’ve obviously put so much effort in was surprised how badly designed the bathroom and water/ moisture management was in every aspect . Greeted on first entry with strong musty/ damp smell and looks like have had recurrent water ingress into room with both pressure being very strong and poorly designed drainage and weak extraction. Toilet door lock was yanked out and I fixed it - Toilet seat obviously gets repeatedly broken as larger people have to turn right to fit in . 2 measly thin towels . Only 2 hangers . Considering the quality of your systems and overall design effort some of this was surprising as so easy rectifiable .
